Solution 37681: TI-Innovator™ Hub SOUND and SPEAKER commands cannot be used at the same time.
Why can both SOUND and SPEAKER commands be used at the same time?
SOUND and SPEAKER commands cannot be used at the same time due to a known limitation in the tone library of the TI-Innovator Hub. You can not activate more than one speaker internal or external at the same time. Each speaker activation command has to wait until the first speaker command completes playing or else it will be interrupted/preempted by the most recent speaker command.
Please Note: The on-board speaker is called SOUND in the commands, the external speaker is called SPEAKER
When you create scripts/activity you should not plan to use more than one speaker simultaneously. You can however use different speakers played one after another with pre-determined wait time to create successive tones using different speakers
