Solution 36435: Troubleshooting Quick Poll Images Not Displaying On TI-Nspire™ With Touchpad or TI-Nspire™ With Clickpad

Why aren't images from a quick poll displaying on my TI-Nspire with Clickpad or TI-Nspire with Touchpad?

Extensive use of handhelds will cause their memory to become fragmented over time. If this happens, images sent in Quick Polls may not be displayed with a badly fragmented memory. Since TI-Nspire with Touchpad and TI-Nspire with Clickpad have lower memory, they are much more likely to encounter this issue than TI-Nspire CX Handhelds.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

• Reboot your handhelds periodically to reduce memory fragmentation.
• Avoid having open and edited documents when sending Quick Polls with images.
• Avoid sending Quick Polls with large images (such as documents created on an iPad®.
