How do I transfer an Operating System (OS) Unit to Unit on the TI-89, TI-89 Titanium, TI-92 Plus, and Voyage 200?
Please Note:You can only transfer from the same model of calculator to another as the OS files for the TI-89, TI-89 Titanium, TI-92 Plus, and Voyage 200 are unique and not cross compatible.
Additional Note: Installing the OS will erase all data on the calculator.
• Link two like units together. • On the receiving and the sending unit, press [2nd][VAR-LINK] to display the VAR-LINK screen. • On the receiving and the sending unit, press [F3] Link to display the menu options. • On the receiving unit, select 5:Receive OS. • A warning message displays press [ENTER] to proceed. • On the sending unit, select 4:Send OS. • A warning message displays. Press [ENTER] to start the transmission.
