How do I calculate logs to other bases on my TI-89 Titanium or Voyage 200 with OS v3.10 installed?
OS v3.10 increases the ability of the TI-89 Titanium and Voyage 200 CAS (Computer Algebra System) to use the built in log feature for calculating log of bases other than 10. Please refer to the examples provided below.
Example: Find Log 210.
1) Press [♦][7] to bring up the log command.
2) Input [1][0][,][2][)] and press [ENTER] for the result of 3.32193 to be displayed.
Please Note: The calculator Exact/Approx mode should be set to APPROXIMATE.
